Good Girls artwork

The story behind this piece

Good Girls is one of my personal favorites because it sits right on the line between grit and desire. It was made to live in a bedroom, not a gallery. The surface is intentionally grungy and imperfect, with a sexy edge that is more about mood than about showing everything.

The piece plays with visibility and restraint. You can almost see yourself in it, but not fully. Like a moment half hidden behind shadow and texture. That is the point. It is not explicit. It is suggestive. It leans into anticipation, the quiet heat of intention, the idea of pleasure before it arrives.

The title carries the tension too. It is not innocence. It is confidence. It is the sound of heels down the hallway. It is the pause before the door opens. It is a reminder that intimacy is not just an act, it is an atmosphere.

Perfectly Imperfect lives in that honesty. Nothing here is polished. The roughness stays on purpose. Because real desire is not sterile. It is human, imperfect, and felt more than it is explained.
